Enjoy a unique adventure connecting with yourself & the island! This excursion takes you on a journey up a river rich in history, mana & natural wildlife. After a warm up paddle half-way up the river, we’ll anchor down to a breath-taking view & practice a challenging yet light-hearted hour of SUP Yoga. Your hard work is rewarded with a yummy guided meditation accompanied with sound healing. You will leave this experience with a blissful glow, & can decide to either continue exploring or paddle back to the launch site with your teacher.
▲ Be Prepared : SUP for at least 90min (break halfway), Yoga / Meditation 60-90min, Sun Screen (reef-safe!), Sun Glasses / Hat, Swim Attire, Snacks, H20
